Transition coaching is a facilitated learning programme delivered on a one-to-one or team basis, focused on supporting and developing a coachee or a team’s ability to perform, embrace and thrive in their new or proposed new environment. 

 

As well as providing inclusive coaching as part of our leadership talent acquisition model, uniQua provides transition coaching on a standalone basis, which can be used to develop and support emerging leaders and existing leaders through change.
