A New Approach
The recruitment sector has evolved significantly facilitated by technological innovation but the process and cycle have remained broadly the same; search, evaluate, shortlist, interview and hire process management. These advancements have streamlined the process for recruitment and search firms but fees have remained the largely the same.
At uniQua, we feel our customers and candidates deserve more. More value for customers fees and enhanced development and support for the people they are hiring. It was this desire that has led us to incorporate transition coaching into our hiring cycle.
uniQua provides permanent, contract and interim search and contingency talent acquisition services for organisations looking to hire emerging leaders through to board level hires across Finance, HR & recruitment, Legal, IT and Data Science. We have re-engineered the recruitment cycle to incorporate career transition coaching within our standard fee structure for permanent leadership level hiring instructions.

Group Finance Director, UK PLC
I have worked with Rory since 2008 as both a candidate and as a recruiter and would highly recommend him. His approach is focused on quality and understanding the needs of his clients and candidates alike.
He has a positive and proactive approach and can be relied upon to deliver quality candidates at all levels.
HEAD OF HR
Rory has worked in partnership with us for approximately the last two years through a period of positive restructure and development of the finance function. During that time he has helped to source a number of finance leads in both our operating units and central finance area's and the subsequent teams below.
Rory works hard to ensure we get the right fit and calibre for the business, giving us an honest and detailed appraisal of the candidates put forward. This has ensured that all roles he works on are filled with strong candidates.
Rory has built great relationships within our business at all levels and there is a respect for his input. Put simply, he just gets it right consistently and I would not hesitate to recommend him to others - Rory is a great person to work with.
Director of Shared Services, FTSE 100
Rory acted as the agent for a senior finance role that I was being considered for. Throughout the process, Rory acted as a true professional, carefully balancing his responsibilities towards his client against those he felt towards me as the candidate.
Rory clearly values the relationships with clients and candidates and took care in making sure that he understood me and my expectations very well so that he could match those with those of his client.
